What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product type and customisation level. For standard catalogue items, MOQ typically starts from 500-1,000 pieces. For fully custom OEM/ODM bottles with new moulds, MOQ is generally 2,000-5,000 pieces. We welcome enquiries from growing brands and can discuss options that fit your stage.
Can you produce custom bottle shapes and sizes?
Yes -- custom shapes are one of our core strengths. You can provide a sketch, technical drawing, 3D file or reference sample and we will develop a mould and produce samples for your approval before mass production. Mould development typically takes 20-30 days.
What surface finishing options are available?
We offer a comprehensive range of surface treatments including spray coating (full colour or gradient), silk-screen printing (up to 4 colours), hot stamping (gold, silver, rose gold), UV printing, frosted / sandblasted finish, electroplating and injection-moulded components. Multiple processes can be combined on a single bottle.
What is the typical production lead time?
For standard catalogue products, production lead time is typically 25-35 days after order confirmation and deposit. For custom OEM/ODM orders including new mould development, allow 45-60 days. Sample production for approval takes 10-14 days. We provide a detailed timeline in every quotation.
Do your products meet EU / US safety standards?
Yes. Our glass materials and surface coatings comply with EU REACH regulations and US FDA requirements for cosmetic packaging. We can provide material safety data sheets (MSDS), SGS test reports and other compliance documentation upon request to support your market entry.
